inspired by ‘The Trash Land’, the Great Pacific garbage patch
formed by the North Pacific Gyre
tells the story of adaption of the human life since we have caused irreparable damage to the mother earth. It is also when marine plastic particles enter the human body, causing the human genes to start a new round of biological evolution
Elements from marine microbial cells, oil floats, seaweed and waves are extracted and used. In terms of materials,
PET (Eco-friendly yarns made from plastic parti-cles) are, as well as recycled goose down and Eco-friendly washing denims are fea-tured, so as to reduce the excessive con-sumption of water and energy resources
